TRAINING & CAREER DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR
Elizabeth began her career in Oil & Gas working for Texaco as a contract employee in 1997. Shortly thereafter she was hired on to Equiva Services, an alliance company that was formed between Shell and Texaco, where she worked in various roles with increasing responsibility until 2003 when Shell bought out Texaco’s interest and she ended up with Shell, where she is currently a Contracts & Procurement Lead for Rail Car Leasing for North America. While working full time, Elizabeth attended the University of Houston and graduated with her bachelor’s in Business Administration in 2003. During her free time, she likes to read and travel. She also has two grown children, Vanessa and Joe, that she loves to spend time with.
