EiSi Gathered for a Transformative Three-Day Leadership Team Retreat at the Stunning Coral Kingdom Beach House in Cinnamon Shore!

This immersive experience blended strategic visioning with sun-soaked relaxation, offering the perfect setting to recharge, reconnect, and reimagine the future of EiSi.

The retreat began with a powerful leadership meeting focused on organizational direction, upcoming initiatives, and long-term impact. The team explored bold ideas for future EiSi events, including the exciting possibility of hosting a 2026 gathering right at Cinnamon Shore. The retreat helped the team develop a renewed commitment to their mission.

Outside of the the planning meeting, team bonding flourished. The group cruised the property in golf carts, soaking in the charm and coastal elegance of Cinnamon Shore. They lounged on the beach, shared laughter, and built deeper connections through spontaneous conversations and shared meals. The Coral Kingdom’s luxurious amenities—from its walkable access to sparkling pools and the beach, to beautifully appointed hight-end interiors—provided a relaxing and inspiring backdrop for collaboration.

Leisure time was equally enriching. The team discovered hidden gems throughout Cinnamon Shore, from local eateries to scenic walking paths. Downtime was filled with games, favorite snacks, and plenty of moments to simply unwind. These shared experiences celebrated the joy of collaboration and sparked creativity in a way only a coastal retreat can.

This retreat wasn’t just a getaway—it was a catalyst. The EiSi leadership team left Coral Kingdom energized, aligned, and ready to elevate the organization’s impact across energy, community, and innovation.
