SUCCESS TIPS

Have business cards on hand to give to attendees.
Provide free product samples or coupons (participants will be given a bag upon arrival).
Donate a giveaway for raffle.
Provide product and/or service brochures or flyers.
Be prepared to talk about your business.
Pre-assemble as many items as possible before your arrival and give yourself enough time to setup

INDUSTRY FIELD TRIP

EiSi Vendor/Supplier Members will have the opportunity to register to participate in the industry field trip and connect with conference attendees in a more relaxed environment while learning about the energy industry.

Seats are limited and EiSi Professional Members will be given seat preference.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If an exhibitor cancels, the exhibitor will be issued a full credit to be applied to the conference for the next year.

Exhibitor registrations may be transferred to coworkers within the same company.

INDUSTRY FIELD TRIP
Registrants of the 2026 OGE CVE will have the opportunity to participate in an industry field trip. Please look to receive additional information as the conference nears. The field trip may fill quickly. EiSi Members will be given first preference. Seats are limited - early registration is encouraged.
