KAREN MOE

My father always said, “If you can type, you will always have a job.” At 15-years old he employed each of us to work for him during our summer off from school. He was the Controller at a large company, and we were to be his assistant. Coffee and Wall Street on his desk by 7:55am. He arrived precisely at 7:58am. Typing speed must be above 70wpm, 10-key by touch, and various other skills he suggested we learn. His training set my career as an assistant in motion. Through the last 25+ years I have had the pleasure of assisting executives at all levels. The greatest joy is accomplishing the impossible task. There are many when you support an executive with critical time-sensitive requests. It is one of the things that makes being an assistant so fulfilling and enjoyable. Recently, someone told me I needed to meet La Donna Finnels-Neal at EiSi. They were right! I have enjoyed getting to know her these last few years. This is a woman that makes things happen. I love that and am happy to be part of EiSi. Stay safe and amazing!
