The 2024 OGE Conference and Vendor Exhibition is excited to partner with Aerial View Coaching and Talent Management Solutions to offer two coaching giveaways! A professional attendee from the energy industry and a conference exhibitor will be selected to win an amazing coaching package to maximize their personal and professional potential. Winners will be announced June 21st at the conference.

- Coaching assists individuals in creating the work and lives they want through a facilitated way to identify and address areas to foster continuous growth and improve performance.
- Professional coaching focuses on setting goals, creating outcomes, and managing personal change.
WHAT DOES THE COACHING PACKAGE OFFER?
- 3 Coaching sessions (completion within 3 weeks)
- 45-minutes per session (weekly or every other day)
- Conducted by an International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited Leadership Coach
- Flexible scheduling
