KARI OGLE has been an Administrative Supervisor and Team Lead with ExxonMobil for 17 Years where she had led Project Teams of varying responsibilities including beta testing of new software, creaton of company controls intranet site, records cleanup, Administrative handbook rollout, budget controls, LAN Data cleanup, and SharePoint stewardship.

 

Kari’s hobbies are saltwater aquariums and refinishing furniture in Boho style. 

 

She is also a mom of 2 boys (17 in HS and 22 in UT Austin) and elderly mom at home.

MICHELE MENDOZA is a Business Analyst with Worley. For 25 years, she has worked in various administrative roles. In 2017, she completed her Bachelor of Business Administration, focusing on Management and minoring in Human Resources.

 

With a passion of supporting others and helping them be the best they can be, she became involved the Women of Worley – Houston Chapter and was elected President in 2019. While focusing on merging two organizations under this platform, she was nominated and awarded the Pink Petro (aka Ally Energy) GRIT Award for her desire and passion to advance women in business and all areas of their lives.

 

At home, Michelle is a bonus mom to two boys (22 & 10 years old). She advocates for mental health and plays a very active role in the daily activities and education of the boys and all things extracurricular. 

 

Michelle recently became a member of the Space City Hibiscus Group. She is always there for her friends and neighbors when needed and she started her own business that continues challenge her to grow. Michelle believes life is too short not to enjoy the beauty in every step you take and share that beauty with others.

ELIZABETH LIZCANO Elizabeth began her career in Oil & Gas working for Texaco as a contract employee in 1997. Shortly thereafter she was hired on to Equiva Services, an alliance company that was formed between Shell and Texaco, where she worked in various roles with increasing responsibility until 2003 when Shell bought out Texaco’s interest and she ended up with Shell, where she is currently a Contracts & Procurement Lead for Rail Car Leasing for North America. While working full time, Elizabeth attended the University of Houston and graduated with her bachelor’s in Business Administration in 2003. During her free time, she likes to read and travel. She also has two grown children, Vanessa and Joe, that she loves to spend time with.
