It is a fun, family‑friendly community walk featuring Taste Stations, music, photo ops, exhibitors, and activities for all ages — hosted by Energy Industry Support International and benefiting energy support professionals from the energy industry.

The event takes place on Saturday, November 14, 2026, at City Place Trails in Spring, TX. 

Everyone is welcome!  Corporate teams, families, individuals, youth groups, churches, schools, neighborhood and community organizations.

No, but it makes the event more fun! 

The walk is a relaxed, non‑competitive community walk suitable for all ages and fitness levels.  Walkers will have a chance to walk 1k or 3k.

  • All walkers receive entry to the event, a wristband, access to Taste Stations, opportunitgies for photo moments, music, and family‑friendly activities.
  • VIP Energy Sparkle Pass holders receive additional perks.

The VIP Sparkle Pass includes VIP check‑in, premium tutu, a VIP photo moment, and swag bag.

The Family Sparkle Bundle includes:

  • 2 adults + 2 youth (ages 5–12)
  • Additional youth: $10 each
  • Kids 0–4: Free
  • One family photo moment

Children must remain with their parent or guardian for the entire duration of the event.

  • Teams of 5 or more receive discounted pricing and special perks like team recognition and priority group photos.
  • Corporate teams receive additional visibility and optional upgrades.

Yes!  Exhibitors, sponsors, and corporate teams are encouraged to join. Opportunities include booths, Taste Stations, branded activations, and sponsorship tiers.

Exhibitors can showcase products, services, or community programs. 

Exhibitors and Vendors will need a Certificate of Insurance (COI) to participate.

  • You are welcome to register your food truck or beverage truck for the Hard Hats & Tutus Walk & Taste, but SPOTS ARE LIMITED and will be first come first serve.
  • All trucks must have a current permit, and it will need to be up to date before event day.
  • Yes, exhibitors, vendors, and food trucks may sell their products if all insurance and permit requirements are met.
  • We also encourage giving out samples if you are participating as a Tasting Station partner.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES >>

Absolutely!  Kids, strollers, and families are encouraged to participate. The event includes activities and photo moments designed for all ages.

  • City Place Plaza Garage:  Located off Springwoods Village Parkway and Lake Plaza Drive, this multi-level garage offers ample parking and is just a short walk from the plaza and local dining.
  • Parking garage right next to Island Grill.
  • Street Parking:  Free, designated parallel parking spots are located along Lake Plaza Drive and adjacent streets. These are highly convenient but fill up quickly during peak lunch hours or City Place events.
  • Houston CityPlace Marriott (1200 Lake Plaza Dr):  Offers valet only.

The event will proceed in light rain. In the case of severe weather, updates will be posted on the event website and social media.

Proceeds benefit EiSi’s efforts to bring programs to energy support professionals and to EiSi’s community initiatives.

ABOUT:

Kids’ Meals Inc. is a Houston-based nonprofit that delivers free, healthy meals to preschool-aged children in need, aiming to end childhood hunger and help break the cycle of poverty.

FAMILY, WELLNESS & COMMUNITY SUPPORT

Founded in 2006, Kids’ Meals Inc. works to end childhood hunger in Greater Houston by providing free, nutritious meals directly to the homes of the hungriest preschool-aged children, and by partnering with community organizations to offer families additional resources Kids Meals Inc. The program is unique in that it delivers meals to children’s doorsteps, ensuring no child goes hungry.
