SUSAN KENNEDY has held a broad range of roles in organizational and competency development at Chevron over the past 20+ years. She is currently managing Chevron\u2019s refreshed performance management program. Prior to her current role she served as a Talent Management Advisor to the HR Innovation Project, which was responsible for redesigning and deploying the new HR service delivery model, associated HR processes and implementing the Workday platform. Her role as Talent Management Advisor focused on influencing the integrated talent management efforts across the enterprise. <\/span><\/p>
