Howes\u2019 jobs at Chevron included Manager of the Horizons Program and Reservoir Management Consultant, and she also served as President of Chevron\u2019s Women\u2019s Employee Network. Howes co-chairs the Society of Women Engineers (SWE) \u2013 Houston Area (HA) Awards Committee and she was named SWE \u2013 Woman of Excellence by the Federation of Houston Professional Women in 2020.
