Myrtle Jones<\/strong> is Halliburton\u2019s Senior Vice President of Tax based in Houston, Texas. She is responsible for managing the Company\u2019s global tax affairs in over 80 countries. In addition to her tax management responsibilities she serves as the executive sponsor of Halliburton\u2019s African American Network Forum, sits on the executive advisory board of their Women\u2019s Sharing Excellence group and chairs the Finance Department\u2019s Mentoring Committee. Prior to joining Halliburton Ms. Jones served in the roles of Sr. Managing Director of Tax and Internal Audit at Service Corporation International and Vice President Tax at GlobalSantaFe.<\/span><\/p>

Ms. Jones holds a Bachelor of Accounting degree from Mississippi State University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas.<\/span><\/p>
