Lucy has also acted as a consultant on career progression, the future of the role and how Executives\/ Assistants can best partner with each other, with some of the biggest companies in the world.<\/span><\/p>\n

Lucy has a unique overview of the role and where it is heading. With access to the most forward thinking, passionate and knowledgeable trainers in the world as well as personally meeting and speaking to literally thousands of Assistants over the last seven years, Lucy\u2019s knowledge of the market and what Assistants all over the world are facing on a day to day basis are second to none.<\/span><\/p>\n

In March of 2018 Lucy received the IAM Honorary Fellowship for her outstanding work and contribution to the PA profession. In 2016 Lucy was awarded the YPA Special Award ‘International Ambassador for the PA Profession’ and in 2015 the \u2018PA Contributor of the Year Award\u2019 by Office*. The magazine has been a finalist in the PPA Business Magazine of the Year Award, the PPA Media Brand of the Year Award and the PA-Assist Members Awards.<\/span><\/p>\n

Lucy runs a LinkedIn group for assistants which currently has over 45,000 international members and is followed on Twitter by over 12,000 Assistants who share information, network and learn. She also launched #adminchat in January 2012. Hosted by a different world-class trainer every week, #adminchat is a manifestation of Lucy\u2019s commitment to providing the very best training to assistants all over the world and has recently changed from a TweetChat into a free weekly webinar delivered via the Executive Secretary YouTube channel.<\/span><\/p>\n

Lucy has been a Publisher and Events Organiser for over 30 years. Lucy has previously worked as a Publishing Director for Wilmington PLC, and has managed a team based in Singapore, New York, Germany & London responsible for 13 magazines, 12 international conferences, awards, trade show attendance and marketing for EMAP. Other companies worked for include The Times, The Independent, Centaur Communications and Glass’s Guide.<\/span><\/p>\n
