EiSi Sends a Sincere THANK YOU to Benny Chows for Hosting the May 16th Networking Event!<\/span><\/strong><\/p>

The brave ones!<\/strong>\u00a0 EiSi event attendees came to network, build fantastic new relationships, and to discover the wonderful services that Benny Chows has to offer during what turned out to be an unusual “Derecho”.\u00a0 Benny Chows wowed our guests with their beautiful decor and versatile event spaces.\u00a0 Guests were treated to delicious appetizers and a signature Mama’s China Garden cocktail.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>

Most of our guests experienced Benny Chows for the first time and stayed to connect despite what turned out to be one of Houston’s worst weather events in recent times!<\/p>

We would like to send a big THANK YOU to Virginia Patterson and the Benny Chows and Berg Hospitality teams for treating our guests to an awesome experience and providing a safe haven from the storm. ABOUT BENNY CHOWS<\/strong><\/p>

A Berg Hospitality Group original concept, Benny Chows serves soul-satisfying American Chinese cuisine in a moody, yet vibrant setting. Located adjacent to Berg’s first concept, B&B Butchers & Restaurant on Washington Ave, guests will find a Cantonese-influenced menu but with a Texas-touch utilizing local ingredients. The diverse menu offers different takes on Chinese comfort food like homemade dim sum and dumplings mixed with a New York staple, cold sesame noodles, while also presenting delicacies such as whole lobster, foie gras and white sturgeon caviar. Other standout dishes include General Tso’s, an American Chinese food staple served as a tempura-fried half chicken, while the Impossible Mapo Tofu is a must-try for vegetarians and carnivores, and the XO Fried Rice with lobster, crab, shrimp and scallops is an extremely luxurious and flavorful dish for seafood lovers. The Peking Duck, which has Berg and Mei claiming it as “the best in the city,” features a seven-pound specially sourced Jurgielewicz duck that requires 3 days of preparation. In addition to an array of rare spirits and Japanese whiskeys, the cocktail menu showcases eight signature libations that are truly unique. Curated by Berg Hospitality’s in-house mixologist Jose Lucas, each drink is not only visually stunning but infused with select luxurious teas by TEALEAVES, adding an Eastern twist to the flavor<\/p>
